For our offices in Belgium (Brecht), we are looking for a QHSE Coordinator (m/v/x).

Quality:

• To work with all colleagues to elaborate on an efficient quality system
• Manages the documentation system & the quality KPI’s.
• To prepare the management reviews in coordination with the Managing Director.
• Keeps the Quality Management system up to date and trains the colleagues accordingly.
• Plan and attend the audits and ensure the action plan follow-up together with the MD.

HSE:

• To create and set out action plans for HSE in coordination with the MD.
• Performs risk analysis linked to HSE topics.
• Raises awareness and provide trainings in the health, safety & environment approach and risk prevention.
• Monitor and analyze HSE data and determine changes and improvements.
• Follow HSE KPI’s.
• Ensure the legal watch and conformity for HSE regulations in coordination with our external partners.
• Ensure the yearly update of the risk analysis towards HSE.
• Participate in the analysis of all disfunctions to diagnose the root causes and corrective actions.
• Provide input for the HSE Steering Committee.
• Report all dangerous situations.
• Lead discussions regarding HSE topics.

Team Lead Service:

• Managing and motivating the service technicians and warehouse responsible (6 people) using the daily/weekly schedule.
• Have an eye for figures and statistics.
• Adherence to the standards of EagleBurgmann.
• Applying the processes in cooperation with the other departments.
• Keeping the workshop clean.

Prevention Advisor (psychosocial aspects):

• To identify psychosocial risks by means of welfare. Also survey these risk analyses.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide advice on possible risks.
• To implement psychosocial interventions.
• Inform and raise awareness, provide resources and procedures.
• Provide training in well-being.

Profiel kandidaat

• Minimal bachelor degree
• Experience in a similar job within a technical environment
• A first experience in people management 
• Knowledge on the Belgian HSE regulations and standards
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Structured, pro-active and precise
• Excellent communication skills and able to enthusiasm people
• Certificate as prevention advisor is a nice to have, but can also be obtained after hire
